After months of rumors and speculation, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard proved that they are still a couple by turning up on a red carpet together. Heard was seen supporting Depp at the London premiere of his new film Mortdecai. Depp posed for photos alone and then his fiancee joined him for a rare photo op of the couple together, making it perfectly clear that they are still together.
The rumors of a split really picked up momentum a few months ago when Depp showed up onstage to present an award and he seemed to be completely drunk. At the time we were hearing that Heard had backed away from the idea of spending the rest of her life with him because he had fallen off the wagon. Ironically, Depp's ex Vanessa Paradis had originally blamed Heard for the actor's renewed interest in partying. Apparently, something that Paradis said hit home because Heard also went from being a party girl to living a cleaned-up lifestyle. She just had to wait for her man to catch up.
In December it was reported that Depp was steering clear of the Hollywood scene and trying to rehabilitate himself rather then heading off to an established rehab facility. Whatever he has done, apparently it has worked because Depp is now back on the wagon and, from the look of things, his romance is also back on track.
