Duke University head basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski has a knack for winning. He also has a pretty decent taste in music as well. The coach, who just won his fifth NCAA Championship with the Blue Devils, recently revealed that he is a fan of Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill, XXL noted. "I really like Meek Mill. I play it all the time," a tweet attributed to Coach K from Duke basketball's official Twitter account reads.
The coach has been in celebration mode all week after his team beat the Wisconsin Badgers 68-63 Monday, April 6. The game came down to the last few minutes following a first half that saw both teams tied at 31.
Krzyzewski has made the NCAA tournament 31 times since joining Duke in 1980. His overall record at the university boasts 945 wins with only 251 losses, according to the school's website.
Coach K is not the only one who loves a little Meek Mill, though. The rapper celebrated his return from prison last month with a show in his hometown. He is currently putting the finishing touches on his second album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, which is due out next week. The effort reportedly features Rita Ora, A$AP Ferg and Chris Brown.
Mill will join Nicki Minaj during the North American leg of her tour supporting The Pinkprint. Rae Sremmurd, Dej Loaf and Tinashe will also make appearances on the trek.
Minaj has not been shy about showing her affection for Mill either. The two are reportedly dating.
"Sometimes we hang out, and when we hang out, we have fun. [Laughs] This is what I want to say about him," she said in February. "People think for some strange reason that we just started becoming friends recently. We've been friends for a very, very long time, and he's been around for a lot of things that I've gone through. And that's all I'll say about that."
