Although he's been trying to clean up his act, Justin Bieber is wanted in Argentina. A Buenos Aires judge has informed police that they should bring Bieber into custody should be step foot in the country, TMZ reports. The issue stems from a November 2013 incident, at the height of Bieber's antics, when he allegedly ordered his bodyguards to attack a photographer as the singer left a club. Bieber had been ordered to appear in Buenos Aires for questioning in November but never ended up going.
According to TMZ, the judge who issued the most recent order on April 8 considered the situation a pressing matter.
"I consider it pertinent to order the immediate detention of the accused," he said.
Biebers reps have reportedly said the case has been resolved, though that doesn't match up to what this judge is saying.
The "Where Are U Now" singer has been trying to distance himself from his days of mischief and douchebaggery. He started off 2015 by appearing on Ellen to apologize to fans for his actions. He insisted that he was "not who I was pretending to be." He then signed himself up to be roasted on Comedy Central, where he apologized once more for not handling his fame the way he should've. Since then, he's told multiple news outlets that he is changing for the better and associating with better people.
But consequences still exist despite how badly you want to change, so it will be interesting to see how this whole Argentina situation works out.
Meanwhile, the Canadian crooner is eager to get back to making headlines for music. He's been making guest appearances on Ariana Grande's Honeymoon Tour and even stopped by Jack U's set at Ultra and is also hard at work in the studio with Kanye West and other producers.
We'll update you on the Argentina situation as more information becomes available.
