Shout out to the bad gal. Yo Gotti just released his ode to the Bajan pop star on his latest offering titled "Rihanna" featuring Young Thug from his new album The Art of Hustle.
Gotti finds himself professing his love for a ride-or-die chick and Thugger backs him on hook duty. "I'm tryna knock a Rihanna, I'm tryna take her to momma."
Around the 3:10 mark, things slow down and the Memphis rapper serenades the lady with some hood flair. The song also gives props to Madonna, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Alicia Keys.
No word on when Yo Gotti will release his The Art of Hustle album, but the release of a new single may indicate that the drop is coming soon.
Back in March, the "Act Right" rapper told Vibe that he intended to release the album earlier this year.
"I don't have a specific date but if everything be everything, I'll still try to catch the first quarter," he said. "It's over completed. That's part of the problem. I'm picking through the joints right now. I got so many records that I'm just trying to decide which joints go on there."
In August of 2014, Gotti announced that the project would be available in November following the release of his visual for "Errrbody."
The album was reportedly influenced by Sun Tzu's classic book The Art of War.
"I think it's just important to read the book just to be up on the game, whether you want to use it or not," he said when asked what he learned from his reading. "To me, the most important part is being able to block it. So I read it from the perspective of being able to be in front of an individual and know if that's what he trying to do to me. You can relate different ones to different scenarios, according to what the scenario is you can shift it around."
