"Wanna Know" rapper Meek Mill's twitter rant two weeks ago calling fellow rapper Drake out for not writing his own bars has set off an epic chain reaction of diss tracks and performances. Last night the "6 god " rapper reigned supreme at 6th Annual OVO Fest in Toronto with a strong show when Drake took to the stage. Mill was definitely the focal point, or butt, of the jokes when Drake took the stage to perform "Back to Back," teaching the Philly rapper a lesson he will never forget by trolling him with dozens of memes from Twitter as the back drop for his performance.
The saying that comes to mind when we think of Drake's troll worthy performance? "Revenge is a dish best served cold" seems to be quite fitting for the occassion last night.
Although things appeared to be cooling down in the aftermath of Mill's lukewarm response to the "Charged Up" rapper, Drake managed to stoke the fires all day yesterday, showing up to the pre-festivities wearing a "Free Meek Mill" shirt.
He then proceeded to add kerosene to an already explosive situation by taunting Mill with dozens of hilarious memes found on Twitter ridiculing Mill for his attempt to contest Drake.
Naturally as result, social media was on fire wondering just where Mill was who seemed awfully quiet while being ridiculed to the point of no return. Rappers 50 Cent and Ja Rule even weighed in on the situation adding their two cents with some comical commentary.
Although the battle for supremacy between the two seems to be somewhat over after Drake has done everything he can to try to drive Mill into exile, it appears that Drake's taunting may be an attempt elicit a second response from the "All Eyes On You" rapper who is currently on The PinkPrint Tour, so that Drake can drop the "3peat" track he alluded to last night in front of the audience.
