The Black Keys premiere slow-burning title track from forthcoming album, 'Turn Blue' [LISTEN]

This morning, Patrick Carney debuted The Black Keys' second single, the title track to their forthcoming album, Turn Blue, on his SiriusXM show, Serious Boredom.

Following the upbeat, psychedelic "Fever," "Turn Blue" is a slow-burning blues-rock/trance ballad over which Dan Auerbach croons, "In the dead of the night I start to lose control / but I still carry the weight like I've always done before / It gets so heavy at times but what more can I do."

"On this record, we let the songs breathe and explored moods, textures and sounds," Carney said of the album, and "Turn Blue" definitely seems like an example of that.

The Danger Mouse-produced effort is due out May 13 via Nonesuch Record. Check out "Turn Blue" below, and let us know what you think in the comments section.
