In the latest episode of React, a series by Fine Brothers Entertainment, teens are shown songs and music videos by Panic! At The Disco and their hilarious reactions are just pure gold. You won't believe how they react to these visuals.
The teens are shown popular songs and videos from throughout the band's career like "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" and "Emperor's New Clothes," with the teens' priceless reactions, some shouted while banging on the table or covering their heart, ranged from "it sounds like a Fall Out Boy song" to "dude, this is my jam!" to probably our favorite, "oh my gosh, my emo phase."
Some of the teens were also confused, questioning "I have no idea who this guy is" (referring to frontman Brendon Urie) and "why is the skeleton singing?!?" in the music video for "Emperor's New Clothes," which appears on the band's brand new album Death Of A Bachelor (which was just released on Friday (Jan. 15) via Fueled By Ramen/DCD2). The album is Panic! At The Disco's fifth overall studio album, debuting at number one on iTunes, where you can currently purchase the new record.
When announced, Urie released a statement in regards to the themes present on the new album. He stated that Death of a Bachelor is a way to pay homage to his years as a child developing his love for music. "It's a beginning to a new era. And an homage to how it all began," he added. "This album is me. Running to the piano. Building a drum kit. Strumming a guitar. Some things never change."
The band also announced last Thursday (Jan. 14) that they will be heading out on an extensive joint U.S. tour with Weezer in support of the new album this Summer 2016. Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness will provide tour support for most dates.
The tour will kick off on June 10 at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas and come to a close on August 6 in Irvine, California at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre.
