Panic! At The Disco may be disbanding but the music, music videos, milestones, and memories they will leave behind will live on forever.

Formed in 2004 by childhood friends Brendon Urie, Ryan Ross, Spencer Smith, and Brent Wilson, Panic! At The Disco had very humble beginnings.

But despite starting out in one of their suburban homes in Summerlin, Las Vegas, they went on to become one of the biggest pop-rock bands in history.

According to reports, the reason behind their disbandment is because of personal reasons; Urie announced the devastating news: "I am going to bring this chapter of my life to an end and put my focus and energy on my family, and with that Panic! At The Disco will be no more."

Throughout their almost-a-decade-long stint, Panic! At The Disco received numerous nominations and won several times at award shows.

At the American Music Awards, they won Alternative Artist in 2018, and was nominated under the same category in 2019.

In 2020, They won Top Rock song for "Hey Look Ma, I Made It" and Top Rock Artist at the Billboard Music Awards; the previous year, they won Best Rock Album for "Pray for the Wicked" and Top Rock Song for "High Hopes."

Panic! At The Disco was nominated for a Grammy three times. In 2008, their "A Forever You Can't Sweat Out" was nominated for Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package; in 2009, "Pretty. Odd." was nominated for Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package; and in 2017, "Death of a Bachelor" was nominated for Best Rock Album.

Better Live

Their live performances are just as good as their studio-recorded songs-if not, better.

All Womens Talk made a compilation of their most iconic performances, which includes the band's cover of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody."

The performance was filmed and uploaded on YouTube eight years ago. This is one the band's fan-favorite performances, and many commended Urie's performance.

"Freddie would have been proud," a fan commented.

"Can you imagine how hard it is to sing this song? Yet he does it magnifically and live. If that ain't impressive," another added.

Despite being a pop-rock band, Panic! At The Disco has a knack for acoustic and mellow versions of their songs.

Urie performed "This Is Gospel" with a completely different concept, using a piano-which only delighted fans even more.

"I really love this version. In the studio version, they put too many effects on his voice. But here it's no auto-tune, no effects, just his voice. It makes you remember what a talented vocalist he really is," a fan wrote.

"I come back to this every couple of months. It's like therapy."

Fans can catch one last glimpse of Panic! At The Disco during their last tour, "Viva Las Vengeance Tour."
