Steve Angello is looking to expand his horizons being just a musician. Like many other artists in the world of hip-hop and pop, he is getting into fashion and will show off his new work this week at a special Wild Youth exhibition during NYFW (New York Fashion Week).
The 4-day exhibit will take place at the Highline Ballroom from Feb. 11 to Feb. 14. It features various works in photography, video, sculpture, fashion, design and music inspired by his new artist album Wild Youth, which debuted at No. 1 in over 40 countries on the iTunes dance chart.
Steve will use the opportunity to showcase his new "O-S-A" unisex and kids collection with Swedish fashion label and brand Odeur Studios. In this, they worked closely together alongside Acid & Marble and Made By Forest, who is leading his label Size Records' new creative push in 2016. They helped design key pieces of the exhibition after his track "Tiger.
The event will kick off with a VIP & press junket on Thursday night, before being opened to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Then Steve Angello & Friends will take over the ballroom for a special closing party at 10 p.m on Sunday Feb. 14.
