Azealia Banks is slamming critics of Beyonce’s song “Formation” on Twitter. The “212” rapper blasted the white women who claimed Beyonce speaks out only for black women.
Banks said people shouldn't "turn on" Beyonce when she decides to “embrace her blackness.”
Beyonce released “Formation” on last week (Feb. 6), a day before she performed during the Super Bowl halftime show. Conservative pundits, including former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, called the video “a platform to attack police officers,” according to NME.
Giuliani said Beyonce present police officers in a negative light and should instead be advocatiing respect for the force. “The vast majority of police officers risk their lives to keep us safe,” he said.
"Why only support black women? What about ALL WOMEN?!" Sarah cried, as she pulled hot sauce out of her bag and used as eye drops....

Banks also recently jumped in on the controversy over the track “White Privilege II” by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis in regard to race issues. In a Twitter rant Banks blasted Macklemore for mimicking ideas already presented by black artists and said the song is going to impede the conversation that actually needs to be had.
