Very recently, Calvin Harris posted a series of tweets directed at his former girlfriend, Taylor Swift. After getting dragged into the feud between the ex-lovers, Katy Perry has finally issued a response.
The issue between the artists began after it was reported that Swift, who hid behind the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg, co-wrote Harris' hit song, "This is What You Came For," according to People Magazine.
Through a tweet, Harris confirmed that Swift helped him create the song and even complimented her on her writing skills. However, in a follow-up post, Harris admitted that he got hurt after Swift and her camp allegedly tried to create bad publicity for him.
This then led to the Scottish DJ posting that Swift should just focus on her current relationship, which is with Avengers and Thor star Tom Hiddleston, instead of saying bad things about her ex. As Harris continued to rant about Swift, Perry's name got dragged into the issue.
A few hours later, the "Roar" singer posted a couple of tweets that appear to be responses to the feud between Harris and Swift. The first one features a gif of Hillary Clinton making a series of facial expressions that seem to reflect what Perry though after reading the tweet, US Magazine reported.
"Time, the ultimate truth teller," Perry said in a follow-up tweet.
Although Perry's responses are a bit cryptic, they seem to suggest that she knows something that the public doesn't. But, as the singer hinted in her second post, the truth will eventually be revealed.
Swift, on the other hand, has not yet issued a statement to address Harris' rants and allegations.
