BottleRock Napa Valley Music Festival has announced its 2017 lineup. Coachella announcing its own lineup may have just overshadowed the three-day festival, but BottleRock doesn't have a bad one of its own. Maroon 5, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and Foo Fighters are the names at the very top of the billings.
Just below them are some formidable names in their own right from all across the world of music.
Other big names on the bill include Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Modest Mouse, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, The Roots, Band of Horses, Fitz & The Tantrums, The Naked & Famous and Silversun Pickups.
There is plenty of musical diversity throughout the lineup. Fans will be able to see big name rock and indie acts like those at the top in Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Modest Mouse, Foo Fighters, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Frightened Rabbit and Band of Horses all performing.
Hip-hop and r&b will be well represented as well with names like Andra Day, Warren G, House of Pain, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Pell all heading to the Napa Valley for Memorial Day Weekend.
There is a smattering of live electronic acts such as Bob Moses, Arizona, St. Lucia and Gnash, but they are much less prevalent than you will see at most other festivals this season.
BottleRock will take place over Memorial Day Weekend from May 26-28, 2017. As one might expect from a music festival in the Napa Valley, there will be plenty of emphasis on local vineyards and food.
General admission and varying degrees of VIP tickets go on sale for BottleRock tomorrow, Jan. 4 at 10 a.m via their website.
