The driver said that he attempted to defuse the situation but was instructed to "shut the f*** up."

Quavo and his entourage beat the living daylights out of a limo driver in Sin City because the driver had forgotten to pick up someone in their party while on the way there, TMZ reports.

The limo driver recently filed a lawsuit against Quavo for the alleged brawl that happened way back over Independence Day weekend in Las Vegas.

According to the lawsuit, the unidentified driver picked up the group from a local bar and was scheduled to transport them to the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas. He adds that when members of the crew accused him of leaving someone in their squad behind and began berating him, the ride skidded off the rails and into the ditch.

The affidavit states that the limo driver attempted to negotiate with the passengers, but was ordered to "shut the f*** up" and then had a bottle thrown at him by another passenger.

The driver claims that the situation escalated, with as many as five passengers, unsure if Quavo is included, attacking him without provocation, continuously hitting and kicking him, leaving him with several injuries, and even disfiguring.

Hotel personnel and security were allegedly there during the claimed beating, but the driver says that instead of intervening to stop the brawl, they ran for safety inside the hotel.

The beatdown had caused the limousine driver bodily and mental distress as well as disfigurement. The driver plans to sue Quavo, Migos Touring, and the hotel for an indefinite amount of money in damages.

Neither Quavo, Migos, nor the Virgin Hotel Group have issued a response or feedback on the alleged issue and lawsuit filed by the unnamed limousine driver.

Quavo and Migo's 2021 success

Following a three-year break, Migos had a successful return year in 2021. Culture III, the long-awaited third studio album from the Atlanta trio, was released in June.

The album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 list after selling 130,000 copies in its first week of availability on streaming platforms, according to Nielsen Music. According to critics, the album, which featured guest performances from Drake, Future, Cardi B, Pop Smoke, Juice Wrld, and others, is considered to be among the finest albums of the year 2021.

In contrast, Quavo's year was marred by controversy, as he went through a public breakup with his longterm girlfriend, Saweetie.
