Lady Gaga got a little too high in Denver last night (Aug. 6). After performing a concert for her artRAVE: The Artpop Ball Tour in the Mile-High City, the "G.U.Y." singer posted an Instagram selfie, complete with a hospital mask after coming down with altitude sickness.
"Altitude Sickness is no Joke! #hitThatHospitalS--t #artRaveDenver many true ravers crowd tonight," she captioned the kind of creepy snapshot on her social media account, always optimistic despite her sickly state.
Gaga posted the picture post-concert after exhausting herself during her high-intensity show, and the diagnosis is no real surprise. According to WebMD, when one is too active in a high altitude, it can result in quickened breathing and altitude sickness. Considering the high Denver elevation, the illness is not a rare occurrence.
Symptoms of altitude sickness include a throbbing headache, inability to sleep, sick stomach, weakness, dizziness and fatigue.
Lucky for Gaga, it seems as though she got some much needed oxygen post-show.

Despite her altitude sickness, Gaga should be good to go very soon. According to People, her next artRAVE stop on Friday, Aug. 8, in Seattle is set to go on as scheduled.
Gaga is in the middle of her artRAVE: The Artpop Ball Tour now, in support of her 2013 album Artpop. The North American leg of her tour is set to wrap up on Saturday (Aug. 9) in Toronto. She will then head to Asia and Oceania for the rest of August.
