Michael Jackson is said to have worked on certain songs years before his tragic death.

In a previous interview, the King of Pop indicated that he was working on a lot of new songs.

Jackson's 13th death anniversary was only a week ago, but the agony his followers are suffering remains.

Jackson died on June 25, 2009, in his Los Angeles home, following a heart attack.

Michael Jackson's last album, "Invincible," was published in 2001 and quickly became a global smash in 14 countries, reaching number one.

It was supposedly his first album since "HIStory: Past, Present, and Future, Book 1" in 1995.

However, one of his final interviews was with former Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am, during which he discussed his prolific songwriting tendency.

According to The Things, the musician acknowledged "[Writing music] was something I never stopped doing. That's how it is. I'm always writing."

When asked about collaborating with the "Bebot" hitmaker, Jackson responded, "Because I believe he's doing fantastic, original, positive terrific music."

"I felt it would be fun to cooperate, or just to observe how the chemistry worked."

Michael Jackson also discussed the songwriting process in the studio, stating he loves to take "sounds" and "put 'em under the microscope."

Unfortunately for fans, since that Michael Jackson is no longer alive, no one will ever hear what those music and songs are.

Will.i.am also admitted (via NME) to having a hard drive full of tracks that "just sit there and we could browse through them."

However, when asked about directly working with Jackson, he said that they were able to complete three songs together with the tiles, "Dreaming," "Still the King," and "I Will Miss You," which is supposedly a homage to James Brown.

The "Where Is the Love" singer, on the other hand, assured Jackson fans that he would not breach his trust and release the songs without Jackson's agreement, especially since the latter was quite precise.

"I retained the melody and he maintained his singing. That was our impression "will.i.am was inserted.

However, not everyone kept their work with Michael Jackson a secret because a memorial album was released a year after his death, including several never-before-heard tracks that he recorded.

Will, though.

The publication of "Michael," a tribute, was dubbed "disrespectful profiteering" by i.am.

"I want to know how chilly whomever put it out and is earning from it is. Michael Jackson songs are completed when Michael says so."
