Is Axl Rose doing well amid "sound" issues?

Rose finally shed some light on his health issue and told Guns N' Roses fans that he was on the mend already. He never disclosed details about it, but it was worse enough to force him to cancel the band's Scotland show.

On Thursday, he shared a follow-up statement on Twitter and expressed his gratitude toward fans who constantly showed support. He also apologized to them for not being able to continue the show in Glasgow.

Although Rose did not reveal his exact condition, he hinted that the problem was on his vocal cords.

"I've been following Dr's orders, getting rest, working [with] a vocal coach n' sorting out [our] sound issues. Seems good so far," he said. "At the end of the day it's about giving u the fans the best of [ou]rselves n' the best time we can give u n' that's all I, the band n' crew [are] focused on."

Rose also confirmed his return to Munich, Germany show on Friday.

Axl Rose Real Health Issue Revealed

Amid the queries surrounding the frontman's health, fans seemingly got a hint and discovered his condition already.

According to Loudwire, guitarist Richard Fortus commented on Facebook that the rocker damaged his vocal cords. This may explain why Rose said in his recent update that he was working with a vocal coach because of sound issues.

Vocal injuries are very common among singers and performers in the music industry. In fact, some of them contract the worse cases that lead them to undergo surgeries.

Fortunately, Guns N' Roses previously announced that Rose only needed to rest due to his illness.

"Sadly, due to illness and medical advice, GN'R will not be able to perform in Glasgow, tomorrow 5-July-2022. We are working on rescheduling options for this show, so please hold onto your tickets and wait for a further update. We appreciate your understanding and patience," the band said.

Before the cancelation of the Glasgow concert, Rose told their fans in London that he visited a doctor to check his health. The result of the checkup caused them to switch up some of the setlist.

With that, Carrie Underwood made surprise appearances in London on Friday and Saturday night. He was the one to perform the rocker's hit song, "Sweet Child O' Mine."

Guns N' Roses will end its European tour on July 15.
