Rolling Loud Miami 2022 has come to town, and the first day of the all-hip-hop festival was filled with surprises.

With the last-minute lineup change, fans are in a tailspin after knowing that Kanye pulled the plug days before, and Kid Cudi replaced him immediately.

On a surprising first day, Kanye West still managed to steal the show despite the lineup removal, while Kid Cudi was booted out halfway into his set.

Earlier this week, hip-hop fans were struck with bad news after a major headliner pulled out - Kanye West.

It has become a habit for the "DONDA" rapper to bail out on his engagements days or weeks before the actual event, leaving organizers scrambling for a replacement.

To Rolling Loud organizers' dismay, Kanye did what he did to Coachella earlier this year - pulling out days before. Good thing Kid Cudi was available and was announced as a replacement immediately.

But in a stunning turn of events last night, Kanye West arrived on Lil Durk's set.

Performing his "Life of Pablo" hit "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1," the crowd erupted in hype, knowing that the song originally featured Kid Cudi, who was performing on the adjacent stage.

The performance was shady considering that Kanye West and Kid Cudi are now embroiled in beef because of the latter's friendship with Pete Davidson.

Lil Durk and Kanye West lit up the Rolling Loud Miami crowd last night. However, over to Kid Cudi's stage, he was met with water bottles.

It seemed like a lot of Kanye West fans are still fuming over the "DONDA" rapper's lineup exit, because his replacement, Kid Cudi, was on the receiving end of the fans' rage last night.

Midway onto his set, Cudi paused as the crowds were throwing water bottles at him onstage.

Upset with the rowdiness, the rapper threatens that should he be thrown at again, he will leave the stage.

Based on the footage HiphopDX uploaded, the rapper ultimately did it, leaving the crowd hanging. In another shot of the scene, Cudi was hit directly into the face before erupting into a rant.

Meanwhile, some fans are urging Rolling Loud organizers to condemn these actions as the first day was "terrible."

Future will headline Day 2's set while Kendrick Lamar closes the three-day festivities on Sunday.
