A$AP Rocky's gunshot victim has finally been named and the rapper is about to get sued.
In April, the rapper was detained at Los Angeles International Airport for assault with a dangerous weapon in connection with a shooting in Hollywood last November.
The victim, however, has now been identified as a former A$AP Mob member.
According to Rolling Stone, A$AP Relli, actual name Terell Ephron, has come out as a victim of the shooting and is preparing to bring a legal case against his former cohort and high school best buddy.
According to a statement made by Relli's lawyers, Jamal Tooson and Brian Hurwitz, Relli accuses Rocky of enticing him into an unknown spot in central Hollywood to address a problem between them.
According to the lawsuit, "Unknown to Mr. Ephron, A$AP Rocky was not merely planning a discussion and arrived loaded with a semi-automatic weapon."
It was also revealed that after arriving at the area, Rihanna's boyfriend pulled out his revolver and fired six bullets at A$AP Relli "without provocation, warning, or any explanation."
Relli, the talent manager and producer he used to credit with bringing him to the A$AP Mob, said Rocky injured his left hand.
His attorneys stated that the incident was even filmed on CCTV, corroborating a recent story that the Los Angeles Police Department recovered footage of the shooting.
A$AP Relli received multiple death threats as a consequence of what transpired, as well as "irreparable harm to his career in the entertainment sector as a result of the incident."
They anticipate that the civil case will be tried.
As of this writing, A$AP Rocky, actual name Rakim Mayers, has not been legally charged in connection with the shooting but will appear in court on August 17.

A$AP Rocky was eventually freed from police custody after paying a $550,000 bail, but has yet to publicly address the allegations.
Police were seen using a battering ram to enter his Los Angeles house, where he is said to have many firearms. None of them, however, matched the weapon used in the incident.
While all of this is unfolding, it was also reported that A$AP Rocky and Rihanna wants to keep their son away from public eye.
An insider revealed to US Weekly that the couple is still adjusting to parenthood and rarely leave their baby's side.
They are also being private about their child out of concern for his safety.
