Naomi Judd Heartbreaking Final Moments Before Death: Husband Was Away When It Happened?

New details of Naomi Judd's tragic final moments were recently made available to the public.

The events leading up to Naomi's suicide on April 30, 2022, just one day after she was scheduled to attend the Country Music Hall of Fame award ceremony, are described in police records obtained by Radar Online.

Her husband Larry Strickland reportedly wasn't at their Tennessee home when she shotherself, according to sources.

The 33-year-old spouse of Naomi was away traveling in Europe at the time.

When a Williamson County Sheriff's Deputy arrived on the scene, he took notes by hand that revealed further information.

"Didn't like being alone/Larry in Europe," the police wrote.

"She threatened to kill herself half a dozen times, and guns were involved. She locked herself in her bedroom. She would threaten to shoot the people who took her (illegible.)."

Ashley Judd, Naomi's daughter, arrived at the Tennessee estate on April 30, 2022, after receiving a call from the troubled country singer's assistant.

Ashley was at home at the time her mother committed herself, but she was in a separate room.

The notes of the investigator also showed that while a shocked Ashley tried to console her mother in her last moments, the actress gave orders not to speak to her stepfather.

Naomi was described as lying in the rear in the notes. back on the right side of the bed.

Ashley also told people not to call Larry during that time.


Additionally, according to the notes, there is a theory that she only intended to shoot herself because she "wanted attention" rather than with any other motive.

A suicide note was also found at the scene of Naomi Judd's suicide in addition to these most recent revelations.

The Post-It note that the country sensation left behind contains a depressing remembrance that hurts more than her passing.

Wynonna, Naomi's singing partner and daughter, was told not to attend her burial.

"Don't let Wy attend my funeral, please. She has a mental illness, the notation on the yellow paper states.

Nevertheless, a close friend of the singer told the publication that, despite the message stating otherwise, Wynonna nevertheless went to her mother's burial.

According to reports, the oldest daughter didn't think her mother really meant what she said in the message. Wynonna endured suffering with Naomi, who had been battling mental illness and thoughts of suicide for years.

Police then admitted to concealing the message because he was frightened of upsetting Wynonna. They had done this when they first arrived at the suicide site.
