Kid Ink Lawsuit: Rapper Sued After Dog Attacks Pizza Delivery Man

Kid Ink's week just went from bad to worse.

The 28-year-old Los Angeles rapper was arrested early Saturday morning in Las Vegas for disturbing the peace after his girlfriend became violent with another guest at the Mirage.

Now, a pizza delivery man is suing Ink (born: Brian Todd Collins) after the rapper's dog attacked him.

According to TMZ, Collins' dog chomped "down on his hands, arms, legs, face and other body parts" when delivery man Garnik Nazarian arrived at Collins' Granada Hills home. The lawsuit allegedly states that Nazarian's injuries are bad enough that he "won't be able to deliver pizzas for a long time to come. So, in addition to medical bills and pain and suffering, he wants lost profits."

The report also notes that in California, a dog bite victim does not need to prove the canine was unusually dangerous or prone to attack. Just one dog bite is enough to put the owner at fault.

These two incidents have put a damper on a year that began strongly for Collins.

He dropped his sophomore full-length album My Own Lane this January. The release hit No. 3 on the Billboard 200, and spawned the singles "Show Me" and "Main Chick."

On July 31, Kid Ink and Ty Dolla $ign remixed MAGIC!'s hit song "Rude" with the help of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.

As Carolyn Meynes wrote, "Keeping the beachy vibes and chorus of the song fully intact, Barker adds a bit of a bass thumb to the single, giving it a more club-friendly feel.

"In addition to the pop and hip-hop elements, Ink and $ign offered up their own 'Rude' verses, turning the tables from a disapproving father to an out-of-control daughter."
