Flo Rida's son sustained severe injuries after he fell from a five-story building window.

The rapper's 6-year-old disabled son, Zohar Dillard, reportedly fell five stories from a window of a Jersey City building earlier this month. The accident reportedly left him with serious injuries.

Following the devastating event, Zohar Dillard's mother took legal action against the Jersey City building's management.

Mother of Flo Rida's Son Files a Lawsuit

On Monday, News12 New Jersey said the mother of Flo Rida's son, Alexis Adams, alleged in her filing that the management was "negligent and careless and did not install size guards on the window." This reportedly caused the shocking fall. She filed the case with the Hudson County Superior Court.

"As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare," Adams said per Daily Voice. "My heart is broken into a million pieces. It is devastating to see my child go through such pain and trauma, knowing that this could've been avoided."

Zohar Dillard has been diagnosed with autism and hydrocephalus, a brain condition. He reportedly sustained internal bleeding, collapsed lungs, liver laceration, shattered pelvis, and metatarsal fractures after the fall.

She is now seeking an unspecified amount which will reportedly cover the treatments for the injuries her son suffered.

Adams named Pitch Perfect 74, LLC, Goldberg Management, Carlos Machado, several John and Jane Does, a construction company, and a window installation company, among others, as defendants.

ABC7 New York cited in its since-deleted article's title (via MSN) that the rapper also filed a lawsuit. No confirmation is available as of press time.

Alexis Adams Previously Accused Flo Rida of Skipping Custody Payments

In January, Adams alleged that the rapper has not been paying for their child's tuition and health insurance for years. He reportedly asked to pay less child support before he savored his $82 million win against energy drink company, Celsius over a breach of contract lawsuit.

The court documents revealed that Adams and Flo Rida had a court-ordered child support agreement since 2018. The Bronx County Family Court required the rapper to pay the matriarch $9,000 a month for child support on top of the full cost of their son's health insurance and education.

"Tramar winning $82.6 million didn't surprise me. [Him complying] with our child support order by reinstating Zohar's health insurance and being a real family man and father to our son would actually impress me," she said.
