As he turns 80 years old next week, Mick Jagger is planning a special bash to celebrate.

Invitations have been sent out to an impressive 300 famous guests to join the lavish festivities.

The Rolling Stones front man is said to have reserved a spectacular venue for his 80th birthday bash: Chelsea Physic Garden located in London.

The four-acre garden, which was established back in 1673 and opened to the public in 1983, is now managed by a charitable trust. It is also one of the oldest botanical gardens in Britain and is famed for growing plants used as medicines.

With vast amounts of acreage, guests will be able to let loose and make this anniversary one that sure won't be forgotten.

An insider revealed to The Sun: "Celebrating such an important milestone as turning 80 deserves a grand party - and Mick is making sure it lives up to expectations."

Attendees of the upcoming event are sure to be dazzled by the beauty of the location.

Most notably, Ronnie Woods and Keith Richards who are members of Mick Jagger's band will be coming along while Bill Wyman, another former colleague of Mick's, has also been invited to join.

Recently, Bill reunited with The Rolling Stones to produce an album in memory of Charlie Watts.

In addition to Charlie, three of his closest friends - Keith, Ronnie, and Mick - are sure to be "raising a toast" in honor of the musician.

Even after all these years, Mick is as energetic as ever despite having recorded millions of records and spent countless hours on tour.

Recently, the rock icon has seemed introspective about the path his life has taken. Now, he moves forward in a committed relationship with fiancée Melanie Hamrick.

He stated, "I suppose you do think about the time that's allotted to you more than when you were younger."

"You realize - much earlier than my age now - that you won't be able to play for England's football team, just to take a crass example. So you can't have that life again."

Despite his humble beginnings, Michael Jagger, born on July 26, 1943, and formerly of Dartford Grammar School, now stands as one of the most successful music artists in history with a net worth of $500 million.

And it appears that the star is on an unstoppable path, with no sign of abating.

Mick previously said, "I don't think enjoying life is an exclusive prerogative of young people...Don't you think it's sometimes wise not to grow up?"
