There is one thing fans won't see Mick Jagger do in his entire career.

And that is to write an autobiography.

The 80-year-old rock icon who co-founded The Rolling Stones has reportedly declined money-spinning offers to reminisce in his six-decade career, citing a lack of interest in dwelling on bygone days.

An insider revealed to The Sun, "Jagger has drawn the line under ever writing a book about his career and life."

They went on to say, "The sums are well over the £20 million (about $25.8 million) mark, but he is all about looking forward, not reviewing the past.

"To spend 18 months or more working with an editor is not anything he is interested in. So it's now a definite, 'Thanks, but no thanks.'"

Despite not wanting to write his own, Jagger has been extensively chronicled in other biographies.

One book claims tension existed in the relationships of Jagger, Keith Richards, and former guitarist Mick Taylor during the Stones' early years.

According to Richards' book Life, he and Jagger have a permanent connection, highlighting their unbreakable brotherhood.

"[Jagger] and I may not be friends - too much wear and tear for that," Richards wrote on the book via the Daily Record UK.

"We're the closest of brothers, and that can't be severed. How can you describe a relationship that goes that far back? Best friends are best friends. But brothers fight."

Richards highlighted the pressures of celebrity status and his drug-related arrest in Canada in 1977 as key reasons for the rift with Jagger. Initially, Jagger stood by him during the legal troubles, but tensions arose when Richards entered rehab and felt a loss of control within the band.

In Lesley-Ann Jones's book The Stone Age, Jagger is alleged to have been involved with David Bowie and Austrian actor Helmut Berger, suggesting that the Stones' frontman should be recognized as a "bisexual icon."

In addition to this, the writer includes excerpts from conversations with Jagger's former partners. Anita Pallenberg recalled, "From when I first met them, I saw [Jagger] was in love with [Richards]."

Meanwhile, Marianne Faithfull revealed, "I had an inkling that there was a sexual undercurrent between them. I knew in some part of my head that [Jagger] was bisexual."
