"Sam has put up with a lot - her erratic behavior pushed him to the brink - but Britney now thinks that he was always using her, that she was his meal ticket and that Sam never truly loved her," the unnamed insider said.

The "Toxic" singer reportedly became wary of anyone who tried to control her life after her conservatorship ended in 2021. While the 29-year-old hunk knew how to take care of her and make her feel safe, things reportedly started to happen differently from there, with Spears reportedly "acting out" following an argument over an alleged infidelity.

The same source also spoke about her problematic behavior further, revealing that she accused Asghari of everything - including cheating on her, spying on her, and talking to her family without her knowledge.

While Spears said she was in pain before the divorce, Asghari chose to keep things private in his statement after he filed for divorce.
