Eric Church and his wife Katherine Blasingame have officially launched their charity, Chief Cares. The couple wants to give back and impact the world around them and they're using the fund, which was formed in 2013 but wasn't very public, to do it. So far, Chief Cares has helped an orphanage in Nepal get beds and clothing for its young residents, offered educational opportunities to children that would otherwise never get the chance, delivered bibles and aid to Haiti, and helped fund several of the Humane Society’s no-kill animal shelters with funds that went towards operational costs.

They say that these initiatives are just the beginning. Administered by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, the fund wants to reach groups in need around the world. By joining forces, Chief Cares can help a ton of funds in all areas --

  • Animal Welfare
  • Arts and Arts Education
  • Children and Youth Services
  • Community Enrichment
  • Disaster Response
  • Education
  • Health and Medical
  • Historic Preservation / Environment
  • Human Services
  • Scholarships

Fans can get in on the action and get some great concert seats for their help. Any purchases of Chief Cares Platinum Seats from Eric's official website will see the majority of the purchase price going right back to the charity.

Or - of course - you can just donate today at Chief Cares!
