It's official, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd are now divorced just three months after the former filed for the legal separation. Details behind their settlement have been reported by numerous outlets and it shows how much the former country singer would pay her ex-husband for child support.
According to Billboard, the ex-couple have reached an agreement regarding the issues they faced back when their divorce was still ongoing. Both singers signed the notarized papers on December 28 and January 4 respectively.
The split is reportedly still pending until a judge signs off, but details behind their legal separation have been released like their assets which will be divided based on an agreement that they signed before they tied the knot.
Regarding the custody of their three-year-old son, Hayes Andrew, the couple will divide their time evenly to spend time with the young child.
In addition, Maren Morris is required to pay her ex-husband $2,100 a month in child support.
The ex-couple have already completed a parenting seminar which was required by the Davidson County whenever a divorce case involves a child.

In early reports, Maren Morris filed for divorce from her husband of five years, Ryan Hurd. This came after the singer's big move as she decided to leave country music because of its toxicity.
A source spoke with Us Weekly Magazine to reveal that Hurd "wasn't expecting" the legal separation and he felt like it came "out of the blue."

Reasons behind their divorce have yet to be disclosed publicly, but Morris cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of their separation.
Regardless, the couple did their best to remain cordial with each other for their son. Weeks after filing the divorce, the two were spotted spending Halloween with Hayes Andrew.
Is Maren Morris Ready to Date Again?
In other reports, Maren Morris addressed her divorce from Ryan Hurd for the first time when she appeared on Howard Stern's show where she said that her legal separation was "ongoing" at the time.
When asked about if she was dating again, the musician answered: "No, I would like this to sort of wrap up, I don't have the headspace for that."
She added that she was writing a lot of songs and it was her form of dating.
