• Zedd Celebrates 'True Colors' Album Release At Empire State Building

Russian-born producer, DJ Zedd, real name Anton Zaslavski, released his sophomore album True Colors on Monday. Traditionally, artists have one album release party at a club or venue in a city that holds dear to their heart. Zedd put that memo in the shredder and did something totally different. In the 10 days leading up to the album's release, he had fans find clues in cities across the United States and those who collected them would be taken to a special location that night like the Grand Canyon or Alcatraz, for an intimate show with Zedd where he would premiere a new song from the album. On the album release, Zedd brought the 10-day party to a close in New York City, using landmarks like Times Square and Washington Square Park as clues, before leading fans to the top of the Empire State Building for a special acoustic show that night.
