• Mariah Carey Caught Lip-Syncing 'Fantasy' in Cringe-Worthy Video [WATCH]

Mariah Carey has had a tough go of things lately. A video has surfaced, much to the chagrin of Mariah Carey's camp, of the "Touch My Body" singer lip-syncing some of her biggest hits ("Fantasy" and "Always By My Baby") at the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival this past Friday night Jan. 30. It is even more painful to watch because she is clearly missing her cues and seemingly forgets the words to some of her biggest songs, making it even more obvious and embarrassing. Watch the video here of her rather egregious fail.
  • Skrillex Shares OWSLA Stereosonic Video Recap [WATCH]

Skrillex's record label, OWSLA, hosted its own stage at Australian touring electronic music festival, Stereosonic, at the end of December 2014. They decided to put together a recap video of what happened down under in the studio for the Triple J mixes, on stage during various sets and of Skrillex "interviewing" some of his friends. The video is stacked with guest appearances with artists who are loosely affiliated with OWSLA or Skrillex in some way like Diplo, DJ Snake, Foreign Beggers, RL Grime and others.
  • deadmau5 Guvernment Closing Party Live Set Hits the Internet [WATCH]

Legendary Toronto music venue Guvernment shuttered its doors a week and a half ago, and for the closing party it called upon local superstar Joel Zimmerman, known to the public as deadmau5, to close it out. The final hour was left to long-time resident Mark Oliver, but for the three hours leading up until that point, deadmau5 was given total control of the venue. Some intrepid fan recorded the full set on a device resulting in decent visual footage but excellent audio.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Rock Album, Who Should & Will Win: Can Ryan Adams Beat Out U2, Beck and The Black Keys?

The Best Rock Album category isn't normally a big deal at the Grammys, which is really a celebration of everything pop. This year is a different story, though. U2 is up for the award thanks to their September release, Songs of Innocence, or better known as That One They Gave Away for Free. The Irish band caught a fair amount of criticism from iTunes users and fellow musicians when the album magically appeared in their digital libraries. That will be the big storyline going into Sunday for the Rock Album category rather than the fact that Ryan Adams, Beck, The Black Keys and Tom Petty all had spectacular titles to their credit in 2014.
  • Kaskade Releases 'I Remember' Compilation for Free on Google Play: Iconic Tracks Like "Eyes," "Atmosphere," "Raining" Included

It has the greatest hits from Kaskade over the last six years of his career, including tracks from the past four albums "Strobelight Seduction," "Dynasty," "Fire and Ice" and "Atmosphere" like "Eyes," "Dynasty" and "Raining." Some may view this as a cop out release just to make an extra buck, but with dance music's growing popularity coinciding with Kaskade's, this compilation serves as an entry level understanding of his music and will allow fans to dig deeper into his discography.

  • 7 Hit Albums We Waited More Than 10 Years For (David Bowie, Sade and D'Angelo Have Nothing on Harper Lee)

The world was pleasantly surprised to find out yesterday that Harper Lee, the Pulitzer Prize winning author of To Kill A Mockingbird, would finally be publishing her second book during 2015 after years of hiding from the spotlight. The new title, Go Set A Watchman, was actually written before Mockingbird yet is set 20 years following the events of her published book. It should be noted that Lee is not in the best of health, and some allege that publisher HarperCollins may have swooped in following the death of her sister and lawyer Alice Lee and taken advantage of the situation. We hope for the best, like what happened with the seven albums listed below, which were critical smashes when performers such as David Bowie, D'Angelo and Sade released them after decade-long spans.

Here's what he had to say (via HipHopNMore).
  • Grammys 2015 Best Rap/Sung Collaboration Nominees, Who Should and Will Win: Eminem, Kanye West Duel

Predicting hip-hop at the Grammys has been notoriously difficult, but the best Rap/Sung Collaboration category has been one of the easiest. Like the other categories in Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song, the Grammys go for star power, but with Rap/Sung Collaboration, they do not deviate from what the charts and the radio say is what the kids are listening to. The 2015 nominees are a little different, with inclusions from Common, Schoolboy Q and ILoveMakonnen with the assist from Drake, but otherwise star power rules the day. The argument of who should win and who will win will rage on long after the Grammys are over and is always divisive, but we took our best crack at it.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Country Song Nominees, Who Should & Will Win: Glen Campbell's Last Song vs. Miranda Lambert, Eric Church

This category, which goes to the songwriters of one of country music's big hits of the last year, is filled with some stunning music this year, courtesy of a genre great (Glen Campbell) and some of the most established artists in the biz today (Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, Eric Church). So, how to decide who deserves to win?
