  • South by Southwest Car Crash Lawsuits Surface, Organizers, Traffic Design Company Named in Wrongful Death Suits

    Multiple lawsuits were filed recently against the organizers of South By Southwest for the unfortunate car accident that occurred in March and resulted in the deaths of four concertgoers. According to the Associated Press, Rashad Owens has been in jail since the incident occurred at the festival in Austin when the driver plowed through a barricade and drove into a crowd of people. Another two dozen people were injured.
  • Nicki Minaj Might Leak Song Featuring Entire Verse From Alter-Ego Roman Zolanski [WATCH]

    Nicki Minaj stopped by BET talk show The Real earlier this week for a game of Rapid-Fire, in which each of the five hostesses asks her a question. The episode will air today (Dec. 19). The first question The Pinkprint femcee was asked was about her many musical alter-egos. Minaj said Roman, whom she killed off in February, remains her favorite. Fans of her crazy male alter-ego will be happy to hear that she might leak a track called "Dem Boys," which contains an entire rap verse from Mr. Zolanski. The song was a cut that didn't make her latest album.

  • London Club Fabric Saved From Closure; Owners Appealing Terms

    Legendary London club, Fabric has been saved from closure after its license was put up for a snap renewal review in front of the local Islington Council. This was done at the request of local police who were becoming increasingly concerned at a recent spate of drug-related deaths and hospitalizations stemming from clubbers at the venue. Four people have died in the past three years. The council voted to renew the license, but only if the club agreed to several very stringent terms that include drug sniffing dogs and ID scans.

    In case you didn't know, Snoop Dogg's son, Cordell Broadus, is a solid football player. He's actually one of he top college prospects in the nation at wide receiver. ESPN jumped at the opportunity to document the whole process recently in a a new reality show 'Snoop & Son: A Dad's Dream,' Vibe notes. A trailer for the series dropped today (Dec. 19) and it doesn't look half bad.
  • Wale Announces Seinfeld Inspired 'Festivus' Project Featuring A-Trak

    Many artists are getting into the holiday spirit and Wale is joining the party. Taking a slightly different approach to the holiday season, Wale is calling up a familiar influence of his, the incredibly popular 90s sitcom Seinfeld. In a short teaser clip, Wale previews what is to be a new project dropping on Dec. 23 with Canadian DJ / producer A-Trak titled "Festivus." Wale does not give any hints at what the project is, if it might be a mixtape, a video or just a song, but either way, fans should expect new Wale music very soon.
