On Wednesday MGM Resorts International spokesman Shant Apelian confirmed that Kardashian Khaos, a boutique in The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will be closing its' doors on Oct. 30th.

    Nearly two weeks after Joan Rivers checked into The Yorkville Endoscopy Clinic for a minor procedure the facility is beginning to speak up. Yesterday morning a report surfaced claiming that the doctor who operated on Joan saw something on her vocal cords and proceeded to do a biopsy on it. The report further stated that her vocal cords seized during the biopsy, blocking her airway completely and that this was what likely lead to the comedienne's cardiac arrest. Now the Yorkville Clinic has come out swinging saying that no biopsy was done on Joan.

    Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was a regularly scheduled flight that shuttled passengers from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur until that horrific trip last July 17th that left 253 passengers and 15 crew members dead near Torez in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine. The plane crashed in a region of heavy fighting and in the weeks that followed both Russia and the Ukraine tried to blame each other, each saying that the other side likely fired a missile at the passenger plane that ultimately brought it careening into the ground. Today a new report was issued by the Dutch Safety Board stating that MH17 was likely brought down by a missile.
