Hillary Clinton Claims Nation's Criminal Justice System is "Out Of Balance," Supports Probes of NYC and Ferguson Police Cases
It seems like Hillary Clinton might be the only one left that isn't sure if she intends to announce a 2016 presidential campaign, but if that is on her to-do list, then the fact that she supports the U.S. Department of Justice looking into the untimely deaths of two black men at the hands of white police officers is sure to get some backing. Clinton spoke at a conference today and expressed her dismay at there being no indictment against police officers who ultimately killed Eric Garner in NYC and Michael Brown in Ferguson while in the line of duty. She was quoted as calling the system "out of balance." -
It Looks Like 'RHONJ' Will Be Shelved Until Teresa Giudice Is Released from Prison in April 2016!
Just about every day now we are hearing a different story about what the future may hold for Teresa Giudice in terms of work. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is scheduled to begin serving a 15-month sentence Jan. 5 after pleading guilty to financial fraud. The most recent season of her reality show wrapped up in October, and now Bravo executives need to figure out what they are going to do. At first it was rumored that "RHONJ" would continue on and bring back some old fan favorites to the canvas, but now it seems that Bravo is more inclined to put the series on hiatus.According to a report by Radar Online, sources close to the show are saying that network execs are fearing that without Giudice, the ratings will be dismal. Even with her there this past season, the numbers took a serious dip. Apparently, some insiders seem to think that shelving the show for a while is the best thing to do. Storylines seem to be a real problem because most of the latest additions to the cast have bored viewers into changing the channel. If "RHONJ" takes a break now and returns in 2016 with Giudice in the cast, fresh out of prison, it would likely do well. Fans of the show would want to see if jail time has changed her, and we already know that Giudice will be looking for a way to profit from her unfortunate experience. It might actually be the only way to get more mileage out of the show. -
While the Republican Party Swept the Midterms, the Political Canvas Will Likely Swing Toward the Democrats in 2016
The Republican Party was hopeful heading into yesterday's midterm election — with good reason. President Barack Obama's approval rating has hit an all-time low with even those who voted him into a second term often wondering if it was a mistake. Americans tend to favor making big, sweeping changes, and by late last night, as the numbers across the country were tallied, the Republican sweep was being referred to as a "wave."The GOP was able to seize control of the U.S. Senate by picking up at least seven seats previously held by Democrats, a wishful goal that had previously eluded them since 2006. The Republican Party also won 13 U.S. House of Representatives races, expanding its already sizable majority to at least 241 seats. That is the most seats the party has held since the days of President Herbert Hoover. The number of Republican governors will also greatly outnumber that of Democrats when Inauguration Day rolls around. People wanted change, and for now they will have it.Here's the thing: Since Americans like change so much, and it is going to take more than two years for our nation to feel different, there is a good chance that for every seat a Republican flipped last night, a Democrat will flip it back in 2016. Basically, the GOP has two years to pull off a miracle or people's rallying for change will actually put the Democrats in great shape for having serious control. -
Hillary Clinton May Announce Her Decision About a 2016 Presidential Bid Sooner Than Expected
Hillary Clinton has spent the last few weeks basking in the joys of finally being a grandmother, and she made it clear last month that she was not going to make a decision about whether or not she was going to run for the presidency until after the start of 2015. The time off made sense, as she wanted to focus on family, but by setting a time frame for deciding on another huge political campaign, she gave potential voters something to anticipate. That time frame might have been short lived, though, because a new report out today is saying Clinton might end up announcing her plans long before next year. -

Just a few short weeks after Hillary Clinton's biggest wish of becoming a grandmother was granted, it seems all attention has turned back toward the possibility of her making a run for the White House in the 2016 presidential election. In fact, in just a few short weeks Clinton will be in Los Angeles for a splashy fundraiser. Jefferey Katzenberg and Casey Wasserman will co-host the Brentwood event Oct. 20 at Tavern. The Secret Service will stand guard as the former U.S. secretary of state will be headlining the event that has a $32,400 ticket attached to it. -
Will Ensuring Her New Grandchild's Future Prompt Hillary Clinton To Announce A Presidential Campaign For 2016?
Hillary Clinton has wanted to be a grandmother for forever it seems. She has talked about it since before Chelsea Clinton even swapped vows with Marc Mezvinsky and once they did marry, well Hillary talked about it daily. At least that's the picture that Chelsea painted for us when she said that nearly every call with her parents included a comment or two about babies. Finally on Friday Hillary got her wish as Chelsea delivered little Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky.
