The lineup for Ultra Music Festival leaked before the New Year and took a lot of the momentum out of the announcement, but the festival has officially announced the first phase of artists who will be performing at Ultra. It has a mix of your typical headliners like Avicii, Alesso, Axwell / Ingrosso, Hardwell and Skrillex, with big name underground house and techno acts like Carl Cox, Dixon, Maceo Plex, Deep Dish, and Marco Carola. As is tradition with the festival, it likes to bring in a live component of electronic music, so other artists like Clean Bandit, Porter Robinson, RAC and Gorgon City will all perform live via a press release. -

Stereosonic Releases 2014 Aftermovie [WATCH]
Many festivals wait months to release their festival video recap as it takes some time to cut the footage and edit it together. Plus, event companies usually wait until they can use the footage as a promotional tool to announce the following festival or help sell tickets for the next year. Stereosonic just threw that model out the window by releasing their aftermovie two weeks after the festival wrapped up, putting together a 6 minute movie filled with crowd shots, interviews with some of the acts who graced the stages around Australia and plenty of clips showing off the massive crowd and production. -
Iggy Azalea, Skrillex to Headline Billboard's Winterfest During Sundance Film Festival, Alesso and Knife Party Also Confirmed
Bilboard's inaugural Winterfest Music Festival just added one of 2014's biggest names - Iggy Azalea. The Australian rapper will join EDM star Skrillex for the festival, which will run Jan. 22-31 in Park City, Utah, the same week as the Sundance Film Festival. More headliners will be announced soon, but Alesso, Knife Party, The Man, Portugal and Lindsey Stirling are already confirmed. -
