  • André 3000's OutKast Reunion Jumpsuits Being Made Into T-Shirt Line; Still No Word on New Music [WATCH]

André 3000's jumpsuits from the recent OutKast reunion tour already spawned an art show, and now the rapper announced that the messages will be made into a T-shirt line as well. Those jumpsuits seem to be the only positive 3000 took from his recent jaunt with Big Boi — he has been critical of himself and the tour ever since the end of the trek. Oh, well — on to the next thing."You'll be able to see that really soon because people have been asking me," he says in the video below, "XXL" reported. It is actually a good idea, since the suits featured some pretty thought-provoking slogans like "Have you stopped growing?," "Life is short take more baths" and "Thinking deeply about shallow sh#t.""The response was great," he said about the fans and their response to the messages. "It was to start a conversation and that's what it's done. People started to make up their own messages. I saw so many people with black suits on. I was like, 'Oh, This is cool.'"The rapper explained that the concept grew out of having to perform old songs and not being able to say anything new on them.

There were few stories in the world of music this year as the return to touring by legendary Atlanta hip-hop duo Big Boi and André 3000, known as Outkast. They kicked off their reunion tour with a headlining appearance at Coachella in April to a rather mixed reaction. • André 3000's 2014 Outkast Reunion Tour Jumpsuits To Be Featured In Art Exhibit Called 'i feel ya' [SLIDESHOW]

André 3000 performed in jumpsuits with script on them as well as a "sold out" tag during Outkast's 2014 reunion tour. The words he wore asked fans big questions such as, "across cultures, darker people suffer most. why?" "art or fart?" "have you stopped growing?" and Mike Brown-inspired "can one rest in peace & violence?" Some suits didn't ask questions but rather just made statements such as "thinking deeply about shallow sh*t," "everything is temporary," and "I forgive you, now your turn." Now fans can immerse themselves in his message at a new art exhibit (not a fart exhibit, in this case). As Pitchfork reports, André 3000 and the Savannah College of Art and Design in Miami have teamed up for an exhibition called i feel ya: SCAD + André 3000 Benjamin. The exhibit will run from Dec. 23 through Dec. 14 at Miami's Mana Miami and will display all 47 of the rapper's jumpsuits.
