The highly anticipated Jimi Hendrix biopic All Is By My Side debuts in the U.S. next week at South by Southwest, and today a clip from the filmed as surfaced online via Rolling Stone. The video shows Hendrix (Andre 3000) with his friend Linda Keith (Imogen Poots) in a New York restaurant chatting with future manager Chas Chandler (Andrew Buckley), who wants to get Hendrix to London. At the time, UK guitarists were playing blues-inspired music, but Hendrix was afraid of getting caught up in labels. -

Outkast has unfortunately been on hiatus since 2007, which left people wondering what happened, but they could come together for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. -

It's anniversaries galore during 2013-'14 for Outkast, the most renowned name to come out of the Atlanta hip-hop scene. It will be 20 years since the duo, consisting of Andre 3000 and Big Boi, released its debut Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik in 1994. September 29 marked 15 years since the pair dropped Aquemini (an excellent album Music Times listened to on Monday) , and September 23 was the tenth anniversary of Speakerboxxx/The Love Below. Sleepy Brown, while discussing his own upcoming new album, suggested during an interview that 'Dre and Boi may be planning new music to celebrate the anniversary of its debut. -
Big Boi of Outkast Signed On to Star in British "Celebrity Big Brother" Next Season? Plus, Andre 3000 Solo Album Rumors
Perhaps money is a little tighter for Big Boi than we've been led to believe. Or perhaps the rapper, one half of Atlanta's renowned rap duo Outkast, just really enjoys reality television and couldn't wait to take part. Either way, Boi will be starring in the upcoming version of "Celebrity Big Brother," allegedly, and not even the American version. The British version.
