Today (July 13) marks the first time in its history that Billboard has released its charts on a Monday (following the implementation of a universal Friday release date), and with the new chart date, we have a new No. 1. After weeks of vaulting up the charts, OMI's crossover reggae hit "Cheerleader" has unseated longtime chart topper "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa at the top spot.
