• Grammys 2015 Best Dance/Electronic Album, Who Should & Will Win: Aphex Twin Completes Comeback

Entering its 11th year, the Best Dance/Electronic Album category has an interesting group of nominees. Past winners have included everyone from Madonna to Daft Punk -- Bassment Jaxx to Skrillex and this year provides a varied group of five newcomers, veterans and comeback kings. It appears to be a two-horse race, but when it comes to the Grammys selecting a genre they aren't very familiar with, you never know for certain what they might do.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Gospel Performance/Song Nominees, Who Should & Will Win: Lecrae's Star Power Tough to Top

The Grammys do not give too much of a rip about the gospel category, as evidenced by the combination of "performance/song" that several other genres get split into two categories. But it is a blessing in disguise, because we get to judge these songs as the full package. There is star power in the 2015 nominees -- most notably Lecrae and Mali Music -- and plenty of talent -- Karen Clark-Sheard's singing performance will knock your socks off -- but who should win? And who will win?
  • Grammys 2015 Best Rap/Sung Collaboration Nominees, Who Should and Will Win: Eminem, Kanye West Duel

Predicting hip-hop at the Grammys has been notoriously difficult, but the best Rap/Sung Collaboration category has been one of the easiest. Like the other categories in Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song, the Grammys go for star power, but with Rap/Sung Collaboration, they do not deviate from what the charts and the radio say is what the kids are listening to. The 2015 nominees are a little different, with inclusions from Common, Schoolboy Q and ILoveMakonnen with the assist from Drake, but otherwise star power rules the day. The argument of who should win and who will win will rage on long after the Grammys are over and is always divisive, but we took our best crack at it.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Dance Recording, Who Should Win & Who Will Win: Disclosure, Clean Bandit, ZHU Battle It Out

The Grammys have never been known to get hip-hop right, but when it comes to electronic music, they have arguable been even worse. The category of Best Dance Recording was just created in 1998, even though the genre was invented in the United States in the late 1970s, early 1980s. Pop artists like Cher, Jent Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears have dominated the category over producer, DJs like Moby, Fatboy Slim, Justice, Daft Punk and Bassment Jaxx who have been snubbed by songs like Baha Men "Who Let The Dogs Out."2015 hold promise as the Grammy committee decided to make up their past transgressions and shocked the world with a surprising and deserving batch of nominees.
  • Sam Smith Talks Adele Comparisons, Sexuality and Giving Beyoncé His Album of the Year Grammy If He Wins

Sam Smith is gearing up for what will be the biggest night of his career so far. The English pop star is not only up for multiple awards at the Grammys -- including Album of the Year -- but will also be performing at the show, which airs Sunday, Feb. 8. Last year was huge for the singer, who conquered the charts with his debut "In the Lonely Hour" thanks largely to the standout single "Stay With Me." In a new interview with "Rolling Stone," Smith talks about comparisons to Adele, his sexuality and why he will give Beyoncé the Album of the Year Award if he wins.
  • Pharrell, Sam Smith, John Legend & Common To Perform at Grammys

The Grammys is the biggest night in music as all of the biggest names around join together to celebrate what happened in the past year and give out awards, deservingly or not, to each other. As part of the celebrations, many of those artists perform live, at times together, creating some of the most unlikely of pairings. The Grammys already announced several of the performers that include established legends Madonna and AC/DC with new pop acts Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande. The academy has added to the performers list, giving the night a needed hip-hop and R&B flavor. Usher, Sam Smith, John Legend, Pharrell and Common are the new additions.
  • Pharrell Williams's Signature Hat on Display at the Grammy Museum Through March

Remember that strange hat Pharrell Williams wore to the Grammys last year? Of course you do. The producer/singer auctioned off the famous cap after the ceremony, raising nearly $45,000 for his charity From One Hand to Another. Fast food chain Arby's won the bid and has now lent the hat to the Grammy Museum, which will put it on display until March 15 in an exhibit titled the Grammy Effect, "Billboard" notes. The hat served as a lucky charm for the singer last January. He took home the Best Record of the Year Award for "Get Lucky," Album of the Year for "Random Access Memories" and Best Pop/Duo Performance with Daft Punk for the stellar track. He also performed a medley of tunes with Daft Punk, Niles Rodgers and Stevie Wonder.Pharrell will look to duplicate last year's success at next month's award ceremony. His 2014 solo effort "GIRL" is up for Album of the Year and Best Urban Contemporary Album. The monster lead single "Happy" is nominated for Best Pop Performance and Best Music Video.
  • Trent Reznor Likes Oscar Nominations Way Better Than Winning a Grammy

Trent Reznor's film composition career has been a huge success so far, and he enjoys the praise from the movie industry more than the awards he has collected as a member of Nine Inch Nails. He would rather win an Oscar than a Grammy."Having won a couple Grammys for stupid s--t — best metal performance — it's hard to feel good about the integrity of that," Reznor told "The Hollywood Reporter" recently. "If that's how much you're paying attention to what you're giving out, why should I think that really means anything?"Reznor has never been a fan of the awards show, but that relationship worsened in January when his show-closing performance at the Grammys — with Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age and Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac — was cut short for a commercial.
