The announcement was made today on Twitter and in a ceremony streamed exclusively on TIDAL. His single with Kanye West titled "U Mad" was released on Roc Nation yesterday as a single. -

Jay Z and Roc-A-Fella Records have come out on top regarding a lawsuit filed last year, where onetime engineer Chauncey Mahan alleged that he deserved part-ownership of 41 songs he helped produce.
