As previously reported, Macklemore apologized to Kendrick Lamar after he and Ryan Lewis beat out the Compton rapper in multiple rap categories, most notably Best Rap Album, as well as Best New Artist. "You got robbed," he wrote. "I wanted you to win. You should have. It's weird and sucks that I robbed you. All the hip kids are already lashing out at Macklemore & Ryan Lewis for their four-trophy night at The Grammys. The most popular argument is that Kendrick Lamar didn't win an award, and Macklemore won four, so therefore it's Macklemore's fault that Lamar didn't win a Grammy. Blaming the Seattle rapper for the decisions of the Grammy committee seems unfair, but Macklemore seems to agree with the logic.
