    It has been 14 months since Khloe Kardashian first filed for divorce from Lamar Odom and it seems that one or both of them doesn't want to really legally end their marriage. Last December we had heard that the case was close to being thrown out of court due to inactivity. After Kardashian had initially filed, Odom never responded and although enough time had passed for her to ask the court for a divorce be default, she hadn't done that either. Now it seems that money is at the root of the delay.

It was actually quite simple: The star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" was required to submit a payment plan to the court, mapping out how she and Joe Giudice intended to pay back the $214,000 they owed in restitution. But instead of doing that, Teresa ignored the situation and avoided making contact with the court, and the end result was a huge slap in the face by law enforcement, as the Giudice family home was reportedly raided earlier this week.According to Radar Online, since Teresa was not volunteering to set up a payment plan, then the feds barged in and took valuables, electronics and some hidden cash."Teresa was home and was absolutely stunned by the raid. She had no clue they were coming. She was absolutely hysterical and begging them not to take the girls's Christmas presents. A large amount of cash was found in the wine cellar. This all could have been avoided if Teresa had simply submitted a proposed plan to pay off the restitution. Yet Teresa chose to once again thumb her nose at the law, and was ignoring it," said a source.

Hayes was reportedly FaceTiming with Floyd Mayweather about Moseley's alleged infidelity when he totally lost it. The aspiring rapper supposedly walked into the bathroom where Moseley was bathing and began firing shots before turning the gun on himself. We are also now learning that when searching the apartment police uncovered 10 pounds of marijuana.According to a report by TMZ, it was an enormous stash with a street value of about $40,000 and it had to be removed from the property by an armed guard. Police confirm that this was most certainly not just for personal use but that it was for dealing and distribution. While Moseley had a successful career as a star of VH1's "Hit the Floor" and had toured with various stars such as Usher and Britney Spears, there were a few recent tweets by her regarding money concerns.
