    The Weeknd has released the full version of his remix to Mike WiLL Made-It's "Drinks On Us," which was teased on Twitter Saturday night and was originally featured on the Mike WiLL's collaboration-filled new mixtape, Ransom. The Canadian crooner joins original contributors Future and Rae Sremmurd's Swae Lee, taking over the beginning of the track and giving it more of a sensual R&B feel.

    The Weeknd has unveiled the NSFW music video for his contribution to the "Fifty Shades of Grey" soundtrack: "Earned It." The video finds The Weeknd — real name Abel Tesfaye — in an auditorium with nearly naked women dancing around in front of him, including film star Dakota Johnson, who is tied up in some sort of contraption. Directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, the clip is probably tame for what is to come in the film, but still hints at the class that the song possesses, as the OVO boss croons: "Cause girl you're perfect / You're always worth it / And you deserve it / The way you work it / Cause girl you earned it / Girl you earned it."

    The Weeknd had a rough weekend. The singer, aka Abel Tesfaye, allegedly assaulted a police officer in Las Vegas Saturday, Jan. 10, after law enforcement tried to break up an altercation. According to "Billboard," Tesfaye struck the officer with a closed fist, which earned him a misdemeanor charge of battery of a protected person.Tesfaye posted a picture to Instagram later that night of him leaving Sin City, writing that he "escaped."

Though the previous songs that have been shared so far from the album have been pretty upbeat and fun, "The Cat with the Cream" is far more dramatic and low-key, with a prominent string section and almost no percussion other than a steady kick drum. The lyrics are also more political than we're used to hearing from frontman Stuart Murdoch, with lines about Tories and the boom/bust nature of capitalist economies.
