  • Is Giuliana Rancic Really Thrilled About Melissa Rivers Joining 'Fashion Police' as Host?

Can E!'s "Fashion Police" bounce back from the devastating loss of Joan Rivers and then the round of bad press that it received earlier this year? Executive producer, Melissa Rivers, is hoping so and in order to make it happen, she is taking matters into her own hands.
