First there was the news that Kate Plus 8 is back on TLC for a limited run and then the reality star spent a few weeks working on Celebrity Apprentice before being fired. In the middle of all of that there has been an onslaught of rumors that Gosselin is dating millionaire businessman, Jeff Prescott. While she has denied a romance, Prescott is still happy to sing her praises.

If any employers are still hoping to get free work from wannabe university students, they might think otherwise after another settlement was made in a case where the aforementioned interns sued for violation of labor laws. Viacom just settled (in principle) a class action lawsuit regarding unpaid internships at its holding MTV.

Rather than working to pay off his debt and aiming to keep his nose clean, Stevie J can't seem to stay on the straight and narrow path.
