Pusha T Shares Bizarre Kanye West-Produced Track "Lunch Money" [LISTEN]

Rapper Pusha T has shared a new track titled “Lunch Money,” featuring production by Kanye West, which you can check out below. Though Pusha’s verses are totally focused and intense, the real story here is how absolutely insane Kanye’s production is, a psychedelic stew of bubbling synths and unexpected beat changes that come off like a smoother yet more surreal version of Yeezus. If this is any indication as to what Kanye’s next album sounds like, he’s got another masterpiece on his hands.

Pusha T's most recent studio album was his 2013 solo debut My Name is My Name. His next album King Push has yet to be given a release date, though maybe this new track is an indication the album is on its way soon.

"This next album is like a heavy proclamation to me," Pusha told XXL. "I told people last year I had the Album of the Year. And I felt that I did. I really feel that King Push has to live up to that same hip-hop expectation...My goal is to always have Album of the Year.

Last week, Pusha T appeared on Stromae's new song "Meltdown" for the recently released The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 soundtrack, alongside Lorde, HAIM, and Q-Tip. You can check out that song below:
