Wap posted a pic of his new blond dreads and was ready to fire back at the haters. One of the primary complaints levied at the rapper was that it was a waste of money. It is good to see fans worried about their favorite artist's financial security, but that hasn't been a priority for many rappers and their fans for a long time.
