Guns N’ Roses have finally announced their long-anticipated tour dates for summer 2016, and it’s slated to be a good run following their two headlining performances at Coachella. The Not In This Lifetime Tour will run through major cities Chicago, San Francisco and Seattle, amongothers. There will also be one tour date in Toronto.
The tour is notable because it will be the first time that all original band members, including Slash, will be reunited onstage since 1993.
According to SPIN, all tickets for the tour, which run from $45 to $280 will officially be on sale April 8 through entertainment giant Live Nation .
While die-hard fans are likely thrilled about the tour, member Chris Pittman was not so enthused. He referred to the shows as a “money grab” and a “nostalgia tour” via Twitter. Pittman has served as keyboardist for the band since 1998, and according to NME wrote, “This is a nostalgia tour, please don’t mention those who are there the last 20 f*cking years… god no… a money grab… FU.” The post has since been deleted and was replaced with a Twitter apology.
