California-based Northern Nights Music Festival has announced its complete 2016 lineup. The bill, which claims to be a bit left of center with its choices across the electronic and indie-leaning spectrum, include the likes of Gorgon City, who will bring their live set up to the festival, Amon Tobin, GRiZ and Claptone.
Claptone is bringing his new live audio-visual "Immortal" show to the festival.
The festival has already split up the lineup by day.
The first day, Friday, July 15 will be headlining by Gorgon City, Amon Tobin and Two Fingers, but others such as Machinedrum, Daktyl, Dawn, Slumberjack, Andrew Parsons and Trevor Kelly will perform. Chicago footwork collective Teklife will send DJ Spinn and Taso with The Era.
GRiZ, The Knocks and SNBRN will headline Saturday, July 16. Other additions include Stephen, Burn Unit, DJ Dials, Sugarbeats, XYLO, Bass Physics and the All Good Funk Alliance.
Claptone will headline the final night, Sunday July 17, with his Immortal Live show. Troyboi, Prince Fox, The Coup, Nombe, Qdub, Just One, Subsuelo and others will join him.
There will also be a Silent Disco presented by Hush Concerts if the real thing isn't good enough for you. If things get a little too stressful, yoga, art activations and other activities will be available in the surrounding Redwoods.
Northern Nights Music Festival will take place from July 15-17 at Cook's Valley Campground on the border of Humboldt & Mendocino County about 3-and-a-half hours north of San Francisco.
Three day general admission and VIP passes are on sale with camping coming free with every ticket.
