Back in May, Music Times reported that Gucci Mane announced he would be writing a novel but he forgot to mention he would also be releasing an album.
Guwop released his Trap House 4 album on July 4 and it features guest spots by Chief Keef, Young Scooter and Fredo Santana with production from Mike WiLL Made It and 808 Mafia.
This release follows the three collaborative albums Gucci dropped last month. The 1017 Brick Squad head honcho collaborated with Migos, Peewee Longway and Young Thug, respectively.
As previously reported, Gucci Mane says he will write an autobiography titled Diary Of A Trap God.
Gucci's team also took to Twitter to announce that he is gearing up for a tour.
"The Guwop Tour! The greatest show on earth ...coming 2015 #BURR," he said. As far as his legal troubles, the "Icy" rapper is slated to be released in 2016.
He was arrested in September 2013 for carrying a loaded handgun and marijuana.
Hip Hop DX reports that Gucci recently struck a deal as a result of pleading guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years but under the terms of his agreement, he will only face 39 months.
He will be given a 10-month credit for the time he's served. Gucci is set to be sentenced this month.
