In November of 2012, Miranda Lambert opened her first boutique in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. The Pink Pistol offered an eclectic mix of things that she described to The Boot as being, “antiques, gifts, boots, jeans and pretty much everything you can imagine. My favorite thing in the store is a glittery pink bicycle hanging from the ceiling. I’m really 12 at heart."
In October of 2013, she opened a second store in her hometown of Lindale, Texas. The growth continued and in June, she brought a third store to Nashville during the CMA Fest. Fans could be pretty in pink - with offerings from clothing, jewelry and purses to fancy flasks. The only catch? They only had two months to experience the Pink Pistol shopping experience in Nashville. Tomorrow, that two month run will come to an end.
As a way to say "Thanks for a great run" to Nashville, 10% of all of the sales from this last weekend in business will go to local charities.
No matter what color Miranda Lambert wears, she is a class act with a huge heart!
Note: If you're hoping to snag some Pink Pistol goodies online, you're out of luck. The store doesn't sell online so that people will be able to get the full shopping experience when they visit. Can you say "road trip?"
