Trivium had a successful run after performing at their "Metal Tour of the Year" shows and they're ready to surpass their own success with their upcoming North American tour which will begin later this year.
According to Loudwire, the heavy metal group will be performing at their "Deadmen and Dragons Tour" along with special guests Between the Buried and Me, White Chapel and Khemmis.
The band is expected to extend their sets with the upcoming tour as they released a new album last year titled "In the Court of the Dragon."
Speaking about the special performers on their tour, frontman Matt Heafy gushed about Between the Buried and Me, saying they are the pioneers of mixing genres before it became mainstream.
He also noted that their self-titled album in 2002 showed the band's authenticity as they combined death metal, grindcore, melodic death metal, power metal, ethereal and more.
Heafy considered the album as one of his inspirations as it heavily influenced him.
"I was captivated by the immense mixture of so many styles. Through their combining of a vast range of sonics and soundscapes, they created a sound that is truly their own," he said.
Guitarist Corey Beaulieu spoke about Whitechapel, saying their band is excited to have them as special performers because it's been a decade since they last got together for a show.
On the other hand, bassist Paolo Gregoletto revealed Khemmis is one of his favorite new bands over the past few years.
Since he admires their music so much, the musician said he heavily advocated for them to be a part of the tour when they were in the early stages of planning.
"They are a 10/10 live band and did a great cover of 'Rainbow in the Dark,' so do not miss their set!" Gregoletto told their fans.
Produced by Live Nation, the "Deadmen and Dragons Tour's" tickets will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster starting this Friday, July 22 at 10 a.m. local time.
Their first show will be at the Revolution Concert House + Event Center in Boise, Idaho, on October 2.
The band will then visit different cities like Vancouver, Portland, Madison, Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, Orlando, Detroit, Montreal, Silver Spring, Charlotte, Houston, San Antonio, New York City, Phoenix, and many more.
The tour will wrap up at The Wiltern in Los Angeles, California, on November 10.
Aside from their headlining tour, Trivium also has scheduled performances with Iron Maiden on September.
