According to the magazine's site, the "So Icy" rapper plead guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in May and wasn't expected to be released until 2016 but in his tweets, Gucci claims he will be home in 2015.
As previously reported, Guwop was arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and for carrying a gun in his native Atlanta last September.
The gun charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years but under the terms of his agreement, he will only face 39 months.
